In November 2021, after the voluntary declaration of enterprises, the review and recommendation of local economic and information departments, and the actual situation of work, the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology researched and confirmed that 1020 enterprises such as Ningbo Zhongju New Materials Co., Ltd. were selected as the 2021-2022 Ningbo "Specialized Special New" small and medium-sized enterprise cultivation library.  

The enterprises selected for the Ningbo "Specialized Special New" SME Cultivation Library are mainly composed of four types: one is that it will be rated as a "Little Giant" enterprise in Ningbo City in 2021, and it has not yet become a national", and the second is the Provincial Hidden Champion and the Provincial Hidden Champion Cultivation Enterprise, which has not yet won the national honorary title and has not applied for the 2021-2022 Ningbo "Specialized Special New" small and medium-sized enterprise to be cultivated; the third is to apply for the 2021-2022 Ningbo "Specialized Special New" enterprise; the third is to apply for the 2021-2022 Ningbo "Specialized Special New" enterprise. Small and medium-sized enterprises are cultivated in the warehouse; the fourth is to cultivate seedling enterprises in "specialized and specialized" small and medium-sized enterprises. Mainly around the new generation of information technology, new materials, new energy and other strategic emerging industries, artificial intelligence, quantum information, deep sea and aerospace and other future industry fields, in the "Maker China" Ningbo Competition participating in the science and technology innovation enterprises, excavation and screening of a number of enterprises included in the city's "specialized special new" small and medium-sized enterprise seedling enterprises, as 2021-2022 Ningbo "specialized special new" cultivation focus, tracking enterprises.  

 In the next step, Ningbo will further strengthen the cultivation of "specialized and specialized" small and medium-sized enterprises, take the municipal "specialized and specialized" small and medium-sized enterprises as the key cultivation objects, strengthen guidance services and policy support, and create a number of "singles champions" that break through key core technologies and dominate the global market segment, and further expand the number of national-level specialized and new "small giant" enterprises in Ningbo.
